The event will be held at the Horizon Airlines Flight Operations Center located at , Portland, .

 Go north on NE Airtrans Way from NE Cornfoot Rd. Turn right into the Horizon Air Operations Center.

 Parking is on the south side of our facility, including room for buses. Additional overflow parking is on the west side of Airtrans Way, directly across from the main driveway. 

ADA parking is available.

• Dress in layers—events are both indoors and outdoors.

• 7:15 am to 8 am: Scouts BSA and Girl Scouts 
• 9 am to 12 pm: General admission (all other students and clubs that are not with the Scouts) based on the appointment time on your ticket
• 3:30 pm: Event ends

A light lunch and beverages will be provided. If you have special food requirements, please plan to bring your own lunch that meets those requirements.
