Seattle Registration
Registration for Aviation Day 2022 is now closed.
Registration for Alaska Airlines Aviation Day will be conducted through one of the organizations listed below. All students must be chaperoned. If you are a member of one of these groups, please contact them to reserve your place at Alaska Airlines Aviation Day! This event is for youth ages 13 to 18.

Groups that have attended in the past have been sent an email from Special.Events@alaskaair.com. Please use the link in that email to register.
New Attendees
Please tell us about your group by filling out Once approved, you will receive an email from “Seattle Aviation Day” and can begin to register your students. Please allow up to 48 hours for approval.
Requirements for All Groups
Youth-to-Adult Ratio: In order to accommodate as many youths as possible, your group must maintain a 5:1 youth-to-chaperone ratio. All adults must be registered for security purposes. Thank you for your adherence to this request.
Permission Slip: A confirmation email that contains a permission slip will be sent to each attendee. This is the ticket for entry to Aviation Day. Please print this form, have a parent or legal guardian sign and bring it to the event. This permission form is required for entry.

This program is not an open house or airshow. All students and adults who wish to attend must pre-register with their sponsored youth group. There are restrictions on the number of adults attending with a group. Contact your sponsored youth group to register.
