Seattle Requirements

All students are required to be chaperoned.

All students and chaperones must be registered.

Minimum age to attend is 13 years old, maximum age is 18

Each individual participant must bring a PRINTED, SIGNED permission slip to the event. You will not be admitted without it!

Youth-to-Adult Ratio: In order to accommodate as many youths as possible, you must have a 5:1 youth-to-chaperone ratio. All adults must be registered for security purposes.
Scouts BSA and Girl Scouts Attendees

2022 Changes:
- Aviation 101 and Engineering will be delivered to both the Scouts BSA and Girl Scouts.

- Aviation 101 will be held in the Flight Ops building and Engineering will be in the Hangar in the Grand room
- You will be able to sign up for the classes at the check-in tent on the day of the event
- This presentation is a requirement for the Aviation Merit Badge, Sky Badge or Aviation Patch. This year for girl scouts only, the class is optional for your badge.
- If you have any questions about badge requirements, speak to your Scoutmaster. For BSA, the presentation is considered a High Adventure event.
