The Registration Process for Aviation Day 2018


Registration for Alaska Airlines Aviation Day will be conducted through one of the organizations below.  All students MUST be chaperoned.  If you are a member of one of these groups, please contact them to reserve your place at Alaska Airlines Aviation Day!  This event is for youth between the ages of 13-18.

If not affiliated with any of these groups, an adult leader can register their own unique group through this website.

This program is not an open house or airshow.  All students and adults who wish to attend must pre-register with your sponsored youth group.  Restrictions on the number of adults attending with a group do exist.  Talk to your sponsored youth group for registration.


How to Register:  Please note – that registration is now closed for 2018

Aviation Day is a free event sponsored by Alaska Airlines.  There is no fee to attend.

Registration is a two-step process.

  • STEP 1 – tell us about your group.  Fill out the form and enter the requested information about your group. 
  • STEP 2 – Within 48 hours, an email from “Special Events” will be sent to you with a registration link. This link is non-transferrable.  Once you receive this link, you can then register your youth group and additional chaperones.  You can add, delete, and modify any of the attendees until registration closes.

Please Read Carefully

Youth / Adult Ratio:  In order to accommodate as many youths as possible, we ask that your group maintain a 5:1 youth/chaperone ratio.  All adults must be registered for security purposes. Thank you for your adherence to this request.

Permission Slip – A confirmation email that contains a permission slip will be sent to each attendee.  This is the ticket for entry to Aviation Day.  Please print this form, have a parent or legal guardian sign, and bring it to the event.  This permission form is required for entry.
